PeopleWire

We enjoy one another’s company outside of working hours too. PeopleWire, our employee association, makes sure that there are regular activities on the go for people to take part in after working hours.

:: New member of staff

LanguageWire invests considerable resources in introducing and training new members of staff. This ensures that you get off to the best possible start with the company.

An individual introductory programme is prepared for all new staff. The first week is usually spent getting to know the company and meeting numerous new colleagues and relevant internal collaborative partners. Thus, all new staff get to meet LanguageWire’s two partners and directors, who go through company history, development, values and visions.

Following the introductory programme, new staff are introduced to the job itself, including areas of responsibility, work tasks and relevant work tools. In most cases, new arrivals work together with an experienced colleague during the first month. This provides them with the necessary time to gradually acquire the skills, knowledge and competencies to successfully carry out their new jobs on their own.

To help you, LanguageWire has developed two important work tools: the Corporate Manual and the Employee Manual. These manuals include information about the company, work processes, systems and various staff conditions.
