WeAllEdit is a web-based system that locks all graphic elements in the InDesign file while allowing you to edit the text. Proofreaders can implement corrections themselves without the help of a graphic designer. This means you can rationalise the proofreading process by between 30 and 80 %.

Once the text is finished the document can be downloaded for approval, either in its original format or as a PDF file. You can choose to use WeAllEdit in connection with a translation or as a stand-alone option.

WeAllEdit supports Adobe InDesign CS2/CS3/CS4/CS5 and Adobe PDF.
