Am I qualified?

To work with us, you must have at least 2 years of translation experience.

You must have a relevant educational background, preferably a university degree in translation.

You must work with a CAT tool such as SDL Trados Studio or MemoQ. You are welcome to work in our own CAT tool, LanguageWire Translate.

You must comply with your own country’s legislation regarding working as a freelance translator for an agency in Denmark. If you live in Europe, you need to be VAT registered in order to work with us.

We collaborate with native-speaker translators only. We mainly work with freelance translators, but also with some translation agencies, especially in Asia and Africa.

Before contacting us, please read our Guidelines and user guides which we comply with in our daily work. It is important that we are on the same page and know what to expect from each other.

When you have filled out the information required for the profile, you should contact the Supplier Relations team, who will review it.

Once we have approved your profile, we will invite you to do a test translation. The purpose of the test translation is to evaluate the quality of your translation, as well as assessing whether you are able to work smoothly in our system and with our project managers according to our guidelines.

We look forward to hearing from you.
