the EMEA region. We took a chat with Insight's Digital Manager for EMEA, Brendan Walker, to discuss

The Challenge
Initially, Insight handled content translation internally by in-country experts across the
EMEA region. This approach placed a significant workload on them, leading to challenges
such as insufficient communication, longer response times, pushed deadlines, inconsistent
quality, and higher costs.
Before partnering with LanguageWire, Insight worked with a different service provider but
sought a more advanced solution to streamline and enhance its content localisation
process. Faced with the challenge of translating large volumes of content into six languages,
the company needed a reliable solution to deliver high-quality multilingual content on time
and facilitate seamless collaboration across the EMEA region.

The Solution
Insight recognised a need to streamline its localisation processes whilst maintaining a
strong focus on quality and timely delivery.
The solution was to bring Insight’s own team of in-country experts into the centralised

Walker explains that before using the Platform, the volume of emails, phone calls and
