The challenge
Initially, Insight handled content translation internally through in-country experts across the EMEA region. This approach placed a significant workload on them, leading to challenges such as insufficient communication, longer response times, pushed deadlines, inconsistent quality, and higher costs.
Before partnering with LanguageWire, Insight worked with a different service provider but sought a more advanced solution to streamline and enhance its content localization process. Faced with the challenge of translating large volumes of content into six languages, the company needed a reliable solution to deliver high-quality multilingual content on time and facilitate seamless collaboration across the EMEA region.
