Getting Started

Get started now! If you do not have a customer portal account yet, please request your account by sending an e-mail to newbusiness@languagewire.com and provide your name, surname, email address, phone number, company/department name and address. You will get instant access to the LanguageWire platform to order translations.

 

SIKA Internal Processes & Admin

  • How to order a project or a quotation: every SIKA employee can request a cost quotation or order a project in just a few clicks, for more information, please check the video tutorials below.  

  • Invoicing
    • When ordering a project, please inform us about the following invoicing details: :
      • Currency (available in AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, EUR, GBP, JPY, NOK, SEK, USD)
      • VAT number (if applicable)
      • Company name
      • Address
      • Name, surname of the responsible for the payment
      • Email to which we should send the invoice
      • PO number (if needed)
    • You will be able to provide the above info in the section “Message to LanguageWire”, when placing a translation order in the LanguageWire Platform.
    • We can invoice to different teams/countries depending on your needs.
    • Translations have to be paid by local budget.
